How many hours a week do I need to set aside for personal training sessions?

At first, you should set aside 2 to 3 hours a week for training sessions.

Over the course of the Momentum Program, I aim to teach you to be self sufficient and adopt a new lifestyle.

You’ll eventually reduce the time you spend with me as you become confident in your abilities and grow your knowledge with my help.

I don’t want to only help you during our time together but set you up for the long-term.

I’m an Air Force veteran with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and a master’s degree in exercise science.

I’m also a former gym owner with over a half dozen specialized health and fitness certifications. You can see even more of my credentials here.

Combining my experience, education, and passion to empower you as my client, you’ll have a well-rounded fitness program that goes beyond just the workout itself.

Not only do you not have to be in Nashville, you don’t have to be in person for my personal training program.

We can do all the training virtually so that you can do everything from the comfort of your home. This allows me to help anyone no matter where they are, and you’ll be able to make this program work regardless of your schedule.

And the Momentum Program is designed to be personalized. You can choose to have a mix of in-person and virtual allowing for hybrid personal training.
