Whether you’re an avid fitness lover or a newcomer wanting to explore, we have something special for you.
We’re thrilled to announce our collaboration with Hotbox this year. Their skilled instructors will guide all attendees, regardless of fitness level, through a 30-minute HIIT workout that will invigorate! Following the workout, indulge in complimentary food and beverages from some of Nashville’s most beloved eateries. By joining in, you’re boosting your health and contributing to the betterment of our community. Proceeds from this event will support Move! Music City’s mission is to offer fitness programs to students in the economically disadvantaged areas of our city.

What is the mission of Move! Music City?
Move! Music City is a registered 501(c)(3) organization passionately committed to inspiring students to lead healthier lives. Our mission encompasses encouraging physical fitness, fostering resilience to stress and trauma, and enhancing social and emotional skills through cultivating a passion for running and exercise.
How does my ticket purchase contribute?
Your ticket purchase directly supports Move! Music City’s mission for the 2023-2024 school year. Funds raised during our Fall Fitness Fundraiser will be used to acquire meaningful incentive prizes for our student partners, rewarding them as they increase their exercise and engagement with our programs.
Is it possible to purchase a ticket at the door?
Absolutely! While tickets can be purchased at the door, we kindly encourage you to pre-purchase them if possible. This helps us prepare and provide the best possible experience for all attendees.
Where should I park my vehicle?
We have arranged FREE parking for all attendees in the garage of 500 11th Ave. N. building. The parking garage is off 11th Ave, between the Hampton Inn and the 500 office building.
What should I bring with me?
Please remember to bring your water bottle to stay hydrated. Everything else you’ll need for an amazing experience will be provided!
