My Philosophy

As an Air Force veteran with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and a master’s degree in exercise science, I hold a passion for empowering individuals. Armed with 10+ specialty personal trainer certifications, I am on a mission to provide people with the knowledge and techniques essential to cultivate strength, confidence, and power in their pursuit of a healthier lifestyle. My goal is to equip people with the tools to achieve their fitness aspirations and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. 

By incorporating scientific principles into my personal training approach, I aim to elevate the quality and effectiveness of my clients’ workouts. The foundation of my fitness philosophy lies in precision through science-based training, where every movement is carefully crafted based on knowledge and experience.
