Incorrect Priorities

When it comes to fitness, there’s a ton of different things you can focus on, and that can get overwhelming. What exercises should you be doing? How many reps for the exercises? Should you focus on strength, cardio, or flexibility? All three? How often should you work out? What food should you eat? Should you eat before working out or after? I’ll take the guesswork out of your fitness routine and keep you focused on what you need most.
